SCOPE:

This program is offered to girls and women who believe they might be pregnant or have had their pregnancy previously confirmed by self- testing and/or a health care provider.

The program will provide counseling/education to these girls and women in which the options of abortion, parenting and adoption are discussed. The program includes the option of pregnancy testing by the Center’s Medical Staff and if appropriate an ultrasound to confirm a viable pregnancy. The Center will not refer or recommend abortion but will offer accurate and current information on the procedures and potential effects of abortion to the pre-born baby and to the mother, including physical, emotional and/or spiritual consequences.

The desire of the Center is that by offering accurate and current, non-graphic education on abortion the client will be empowered to make a life-affirming decision in regards to her pregnancy.

OUTCOMES:

• Abortion-minded or Abortion Vulnerable clients will have excellent, fact based information on abortion risks in their decision making process on the abortion decision.
• Clients will have an understanding of her responsibility to her baby and to herself.
• Client will experience a comfort level for the Center/program so as to refer others to the Center.
• Client will come to a saving knowledge of or reconciliation to Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior.
• Abortion-minded or Abortion Vulnerable clients will choose life for their babies.
